Perfect location for my needs at right price. Sadly room had overpowering smell of body odour, smelt like a rugby team dressing room Windows don't open, to allow any fresh air. Expressed disappointment to desk staff which fell on deaf ears
Stayed in this hotel for the first time ever and had to say that I was impressed. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and presented themselves as keen and eager to help. The room was as expected with Premier Inns, maybe a little on the warm side, but still very comfortable. Breakfast as well was very beautiful as well and staff were very eager to help as well Overall, would love to stay here again
My family attended this morning for breakfast, service was good. Food was good quality. Staff attentive and helpful, more than happy to get anything for us. All smiling and happy to be there!
I can’t say enough about how much I loved my stay at the Premier Inn at Letchworth !! I stayed there in July of 2024 with my mother and aunt while we visited my sister and family. The room was so clean upon arrival. The staff were excellent, especially when my mother suffered a fall in Stevenage and didn’t need to be hospitalized, but was not getting around well. The staff were quick to help me with anything I requested. The restaurant in the hotel had such variety, I was never bored with what to eat. Finally, that tub in my room was THE best!!! After each long day of wandering around, I so looked forward to soaking in the deep tub. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. I can’t wait to come back in July of 2025!!!
Just got back from 4 days visiting parents Booked the premier inn was pleasantly surprised the staff were friendly and very nice even sorted out merging my two bookings . Nice quiet room near station . Cherry on top they cook fresh your hot food for breakfast and the guy managing it very chatty polite and top guy
Overall it is a quite nice experience. I really like how specific they are on paying attention for people with allergies. Regarding the room, I got one with a bathtub and a curtain. Thats the only thing I am not a big fan of. The bed is verry comfortable.
We have stayed at Premier Inn LETCHWORTH a few times with our multi generational family as we visit relatives who live in Letchworth. Peter and Hayley and their team are always so welcoming, efficient, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are delicious and freshly made and there is always such a relaxed vibe there which is what you need on a weekend break. The hotel is situated in the town with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Thank you Peter, Hayley and the team for making our stay most enjoyable.
Always great service from the team at this hotel. Location is great for town centre and train station with cheap parking nearby. Rooms are quite dated and could do with a refurb but the beds are so comfy!! Breakfast is always very tasty and lovely to have the eggs cooked fresh. Not very good having the air con unit centrally controlled as condensation builds up easily from the bathroom as the extractor fans aren't working.
